This massage roller is pretty solid overall! I’ve used it on my shoulders, neck, calves, thighs, and even my arms, and it does a decent job of boosting blood flow while delivering a deep muscle massage. My biggest recent issue has been neck cramps, and it helps ease that tension, plus I rely on it to keep my hamstrings loose. All in all, it’s a good, reliable product for my recovery needs.

I love this product. Easy to use, lightweight but powerful. The handle has a grip side. Rolls very smooth. Works out kinks and sore muscles. I have some nerve stuff going on and this roller works out the spasms. It has made such a difference. Great for any sore areas.

oh it’s so good, massage is perfect, my legs are so happy. i have yet to test the full battery cause mid charge lasted 20 minutes aprox
